We will try and exchange the right size for you, subject to stock availability. Please proceed to Yong Pung How School of Law, Level 3, Seminar Room SR3.09 from 15 July - 25 July 2025, 10AM to 5PM (avoid lunch time: 12PM to 1PM) exclude 20 July 2025 (Sunday), for the exchange.

Please collect at Yong Pung How School of Law, Level 3, Seminar Room SR3.09 from 15 July to 25 July 2025 (10AM to 5PM) (avoid lunch time: 12PM to 1PM) exclude 20 July 2025 (Sunday). There will be no collection on days of the ceremonies.

Alternatively, you may:
1. Order your academic dress and opt for delivery service. Please note that delivery charge will apply.
2. ⁠Appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf at your appointment time slot. You need to print and submit this authorization form for collection.

If you are unable to return the gown on campus personally, you may authorize someone to do so on your behalf. The authorized person must present your order number for verification. Please complete the authorization form with your order number and hand it to your proxy to bring along for the gown return.

If you rented your gown from NW Services, on-campus gown return will take place on 29 and 30 August 2025. Please present your order number during the return.

Alternatively, if you are unable to return the gown on campus on 29 or 30 August 2025, you may return the academic regalia directly to Werkz Photography Studio on 1 or 2 September 2025.

The rented academic regalia must be returned by 2 September 2025. Failure to do so will be deemed as a purchase, and your deposit will be forfeited.

The refund of deposit for the rented gown will be returned via your original payment method.

Yes, you can return your academic dress at the ceremony venue after the ceremony.

Please proceed to Yong Pung How School of Law, Level 3, Seminar Room SR3.09 from 29 July - 1 August 2025 (10AM to 8PM) and 2 August 2025 (10AM to 4PM) to return your academic dress.

When the rental academic dress is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded to you. If there are damages like iron marks, burnt marks, tears, decolourization found on the gown, hood, mortar board or co-curricular cord, the deposit will be forfeited to offset the cost of repair or replacement.

No, because the academic dress has been cleaned before use.

No, because we will clean the academic dress after it is returned to us.
