We will try and exchange the right size for you, subject to stock availability. Please proceed to Yong Pung How School of Law, Level 3, Seminar Room SR3.09 from 21 July - 25 July 2026, 10AM to 5PM for the exchange.
Please collect at Yong Pung How School of Law, Level 3, Seminar Room SR3.09 from 21 July to 25 July 2026 (10AM to 5PM). There will be no collection on days of the ceremonies.
Alternatively, you may appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf at your appointment time slot. You need to prepare this authorization form and ensure your appointed proxy has a copy upon collection.
If you are unable to return the gown on campus personally, you may get someone to do so on your behalf. The person only needs to quote your order number for verification.
Yes, you can return your academic dress at the ceremony venue after the ceremony.
Please proceed to Yong Pung How School of Law, Level 3, Seminar Room SR3.09 from 28 to 31 July 2026 (10AM to 8PM) and 1 August 2026 (10AM to 4PM) to return your academic dress.
When the rental academic dress is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded to you. If there are damages like iron marks, burnt marks, tears, decolourization found on the gown, hood, mortar board or co-curricular cord, the deposit will be forfeited to offset the cost of repair or replacement.
