2. Delivery Charges: $6 flat rate per online order

3. Delivery Lead Time: 2 - 4 working days (excl. public holidays and weekends)

Delivery starts from 6 July 2024 until 22 July 2024.

Once your online order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with Qxpress tracking number.

Order cancellation and refund

If your order has been processed, collected or delivered and you wish to cancel it, please send us an email at admin@nwservices.com.sg.

Order cancellation and refund will only be approved on a case by case basis.

If your order has been collected or delivered, cancellation and refund will only be approved if the items are unused and in good condition.

Order amendment

If your order has been processed, collected or delivered and you wish to amend it (eg. size), please send us an email at admin@nwservices.com.sg. We are only able to do an exchange if stocks are available.
